Initial Contact:
Speak with the customer, qualify them, and if needed, request pictures of items and specifications via text or WhatsApp. Provide them with the necessary instructions either verbally or via text.
If Busy:
Send a message asking if a callback is possible, or
Let the call go to voicemail, prompting them to leave a message or text pictures for a free quote.
Follow-Up:
Call back when available to discuss the quote.
